A lot of us are deficient in minerals like Magnesium because it is no longer found in our diets. Unfortunately, many diseases can be linked to a lack of Magnesium in our body.

How do you use Magnesium?

  • Magnesium and Sulphate work best on your body by being absorbed through the skin (Transdermally) and delivered across the skin for systemic distribution.
  • EPSOM SALT: Add 2 to 4 cups to a warm (not hot) bath and soak for 15 to 20 min. Or, Make a PASTE by dissolving a teaspoon in a cup of hot water, then cooling it of in the fridge for 20 min, and apply on affected area.
  • DEAD SEA SALT: Add 2 to 4 cups to a warm (not hot) bath and soak for 15 to 20 min. Apply small amount to wet skin, massage in circular motion, let it set then rinse with lukewarm water.
  • MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE: Add 2 to 4 cups to a warm (not hot) bath and soak for 15 to 20 min. Make MAGNESIUM OIL out of MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE and rub daily into underarms, behind knees, inside elbows and onto lower back, or apply directly on any affected area.
